Brainstorming Process
During this initial brainstorming process, several ideas will usually be tossed around, and several sketches will usually be drawn.Analyzing the information discovered and using them to create a first draft of one or more designs containing the detailed requirements for the project.
Preparation
Preparation of detailed plans and feasibility studies, these designs are often created with the help of special sophisticated computer software.Manage time, cost, quality, changes, risk and issues.Manage staff and external suppliers, to ensure that we deliver the project on time and within budget.
Implementation phase
Putting the project plan into action The implementation phase keeps the project plan on track with careful monitoring and control processes to ensure the final deliverable meets the acceptance criteria set by the customer.A review is conducted to capture the lessons that can be learned from this project
